Then, Qualcomm expanded their chipset business and developed the first Snapdragon chip by integrating several communications technologies using the Scorpion processor they were developing at that time.
In 2005, Qualcomm began developing the Scorpion processor for communications. Then in 2007, Snapdragon was first introduced, and only in 2008 Snapdragon was used in the first Android smartphone , namely the HTC Dream.
